Thinking about beginning a meditation practice in the new year?

This group offers a solid foundation to get you started.

 4 SATURDAYS: JANUARY 12, 19, 26 & FEBRUARY 2, 2019

10:30am — 12:00pm

THE GROUP INCLUDES:

  • Defining mindfulness: what it is and what it isn’t

  • Introductory meditation instruction and practice

  • A look into some relevant neuroscience about the benefits of mediation

  • Some practical offerings—and inspiration—for beginning a home practice and applying mindfulness in daily life

    No meditation experience necessary.

    The group is suitable for new meditators and anyone trying to kick-start a stalled practice.
