Defining mindfulness: what it is and what it isn’t
Introductory meditation instruction and practice
A look into some relevant neuroscience about the benefits of mediation
Some practical offerings—and inspiration—for beginning a home practice and applying mindfulness in daily life
No meditation experience necessary.
The group is suitable for new meditators and anyone trying to kick-start a stalled practice.
